Zooming the View

Select Zoom  from the View Menu .

1. Select View menu from the Menu Bar

2. Choose View and Click on the Zoom.

3. The Zoom dialog box appears as shown in figure.

4. In Zoom, Select % (Percent) for the Zoom.

5. Click on the OK Button.

Or

Select Zoom from the Standard toolbar.

1. Select Zoom box from the Standard toolbar.

2. Click on the drop down lists of the Zoom box.

3. The Zoom box shows a list of zoom percentages.

4. Select a percentage from the Zoom box

Or

5. Type a percentage in the Zoom box.
