To Insert Picture from a File

1. Choose Insert from the Menu Bar.

2. Select Picture and Click on the From File.

3. The Insert Picture Dialog Box appears.

4. In Insert Picture, Select Your Picture.

5. Double Click on the Picture

6. Click on the Insert Button.
